HAPPY 4th of July: Well it is the day we celebrate the birthday of America which many of us believe is the greatest nation in the world। America has been blessed by God in many ways but sadly there are things wrong with America that needs to be changed। So how can we see America changed? What can I do to see that happen? What can you do? First off the answer is found in God’s book the Bible. Besides using the Bible for today’s broadcast I am going to use a letter that was written by Rev. Charles Stanley some of you may know of him through the In Touch Broadcasts TV and radio. So what can we do to see this nation brought to God or brought back to God. First off we must return to the word of God. Is it any wonder that the government schools have gone downhill since they took the Bible out of the classroom. The Bible will keep you from sin or sin will keep you from the Bible. Just look how so much sin is going on in these schools. Today students are being given condoms, drug use, crime is going on. However the problem is not only with the government schools but even churches here in America have forgotten the Bible or even rejected it’s teaching. Second we must go to God the father in prayer.
1 Timothy 2:1-2. The leaders of our nation are in the hands of God. We must pray for all of our leaders including those we don’t agree with or didn’t vote for, for example as many of you who have watched my other videos know I didn’t vote for or am I a big backer of President Obama। However every Saturday and many other days I pray for President Obama. No praise to me praying for those we don’t agree with is simple Christian Bible based faith. Third we must stand for the Lord. Romans 1:16 tells us not to be ashamed of the good news. Well there is what we need to do to see this nation start going the right way so are you going to do those things? I hope so. One other thing today we are going to have a birthday celebration for our nation which we should because we are a free nation but not every soul is free in this nation. Gal. 5:1 Christ set us free. True freedom is spiritual and that freedom can only come through a relationship with Jesus.
